Where do you ship? Anywhere but the following: Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia, Belarus, Palestine, North Korea, Syria, and Libya. LIST SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

How much does it cost? Prices vary due to shipping and items ordered. Email us for a quote. All orders must be submitted via email.

How does it work? We shop online and collect the items at our USA-based office before shipping to you!

How do I pay? We will email you an invoice. All items ship prepaid.

Do you accept returns? No. Sorry. No refunds or returns. We will confirm all orders via email prior to shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

How long does it take? Shopper services and shipping times vary due to weather, etc. Expect to receive your items no sooner than 2 weeks after your order is confirmed.

Do you store packages securely to prevent loss? Yes. And we keep records of all shopped orders and shipment tracking for at least 2 years.

Do you ship used goods? No we do not. We also do not ship items we don't shop.

Do you insure shipments? All items are insured via the carrier.

Do you pay tariffs or contact border and customs agencies for customers? No. Customers are responsible for contacting their local government agencies for held packages.

Can I choose my shipping service? Yes, you may choose one of the following: FEDEX, UPS, USPS. However, the shipping service listed in the invoice is our recommendation and is likely the cheapest.

Will you return my money if an item is out of stock? Yes! And the ONLY other exception to the "no refunds" policy is in the event packages are damaged or lost BEFORE the carrier receives the package. Refunds will only be issued via the original form of payment.
